Metro is offering FREE Orca cards through May 31st, 2011 to residents of Redmond, Bellevue and Kirkland. When you sign up for a Metro Orca card here they will send you one card valued at $5 and then a $10 voucher to load onto the card, for $15 in free bus fare! One per household, and please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
