Lots of Consumer Recalls - Baby and Household Related



In the last couple of days, there have been a number of recalls.  Here is a quick list for your reference.

Baby Related Recalls
  1. Meijer Falls Creek infant boy shoes have been recalled because of a possible choking hazard due to the toggles on the shoe laces detaching.
  2. Nestle Raisinets Fun Size Bags (10 oz.) with a production code of 02015748/UPC number 28000010255 because they may contain undeclared peanuts.  
  3. Hyland's Teething Tablets
  4. Infant overalls distributed by Lollytogs, Inc. due to a choking hazard.
  5. Munchkin Inc., has recalled Bathtub Subs because the intake valve on the bottom of the submarine toy can suck up loose skin, posing a laceration hazard to children.
  6. Wolverine, Spider-Man and Iron Man 2 Projector Flashlights have been recalled by Dollar Tree because the flashlights can cause the batteries and/or bulbs to overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. 
  7. Two million Graco strollers due to risk of entrapment and strangulation. 
  8. Heritage Collection 3-in-1 drop-side cribs sold exclusively at Kmart due to entrapment, suffocation and fall hazards. 
  9. Other Crib Recalls

Other Household related Recalls

  1. GE Profile and GE Monogram Dishwashers because of a possible fire hazard when water condensation drips onto the electronic control board
  2. Fridgidaire and Electrolux ICON Smoothtop Electric Cooktops and Fridgidaire Slide-in Ranges with rotary knobs and digital displays have been recalled.
  3. Claire-Sprayway Fabric Protector because overexposure to fumes, vapor or spray mist can pose a serious respiratory hazard to consumers
  4. Tylenol 8-Hour Caplets are being recalled by Johnson & Johnson after some consumers were sickened by ingesting the pills or smelling a musty or moldy odor on the bottle.
